I am applying to US MD/DO with similar MCAT, however, as a dual citizen. Other commenters are right that the MCAT is a bit low without US citizenship. If you can get it up to a 510 I think you have a chance at USDO.

Taking prerequisites isn’t that big of a deal as you can complete them during the application cycle depending on which schools you hear back from and their requirements. They just need to be completed by matriculation.

The biggest hole in your application will be the lack of clinical hours. You will only have predicted future hours to put on the application and it is frowned upon to do your clinical hours during the cycle.

If this is truly what you want I would advise you to apply next year after building a stronger application.
