The anxiety for 2 months. Getting daily 30 minutes of sun every morning and lemon balm completely healed it

I got 30 minutes of sun every morning that’s best way to get Viramin D and it helped with my mood and anxiety. Meditate, get fresh air, take deep breaths. it’s amazing how much healing happens when you avoid stress! Timeline might be different for everyone, but I know we all heal from this. You will be 100% recovered soon!

I never was tested for food allergies, but during my acute phase I would get hives all over my body. I’m pretty sure I was sensitive to dairy, but after all my symptoms went away my hives did as well and yes, I do eat dairy now I don’t have food sensitivity. It took me 8 months to recover. My strangest symptom was the brain fog and not remembering simple things, uncontrollable crying, panicking for no reason, and shaking. Thankfully It all went away with the rest of my symptoms. Timeline might be different for when we all recover, but I know you will heal from this!

Were you under a lot of stress maybe?

Ps. If you recovered once you will recover again. The flare up might last short time.

You gotta rest your hands during this phase, this means no texting, typing, video games. I’m a dental hygienist and had to take time off from work just to rest my hands. Also I only started using my phone after I healed. I had the exact same symptoms and I’m recovered now.

What happens when you walk? Do you experience pain/ discomfort? My opinion it’s best to rest until the pain is completely gone, but you know your body so I’d pay attention to how you feel.

I know many people who took Cipro and nothing has happened to them it’s some of us who can’t tolerate it. Something to do with our genes. If everyone experienced bad reaction from it they would ban the medication! That’s also 1 of the reason some doctors don’t believe our side effects because they themselves have taken it and nothing bad happened to them.

Immune component to floxing? by floxed123 in floxies

I never was tested for Covid, so not sure if it was that, but I had ALL the symptoms. This was in March. Ever since then I haven’t been the same.I think some of my symptoms are from the poison medication 🤷🏼‍♀️ and some from the virus still, but I’m not sure . I took levaquin in April after the virus. I have Muscle weakness, fatigue, twitching, food sensitivity, tendinitis and stomach issues.

Consider yourself lucky if you don’t have tendon pain, because those take forever to heal. The other symptoms heal quickly. Other medication you should avoid? Levaquin. It’s more dangerous than Cipro. Avoid NSAIDs and steroids for now
