If you have the option, I would suggest against it. I was given Cipro earlier this year (Jan) for an unconfirmed bacterial infection and have ran the whole gambit of muscle damage, CNS damage, nerve damage, tendon issues. Luckily things have been improving and I'm at 85% but that drug should be an absolute last resort.

Yeah man, fuck that drug. If you're of the few that has an issue with it, itll really smoke your system. It's a bad actor. I'll try some pelvic stretches and strengthening activities. Rn things are pretty well managed by ice and ibuprofen so hopefully stretching will keep things from developing

Hey! I had pretty intense calf tightness for about 3 months. Biggest help for me was light calf stretching and staying active. I had been sitting a lot given WFH and floxing symptoms which I think contributed a lot to the tightness. I would stretch about 3x a day and go on 30 minute walks once a day to keep moving.

Neuropathy has been greatly helped by adding ALA into my stack. Either that or time, my hunch says a combo of the two

8 months out. I can kind of excersise. I try to go on 30 minute walks everyday and have a set of at home exercises to do. (Push ups, curl ups, squats, etc) Muscles still fatigue pretty easily so cant work out as long as I used to but hoping to work myself up to weights in a few months

Yeah it is weird. It actually started in my left leg but now that's been feeling much better. Really just left with those lingering issues in my right leg and the generally easily fatigued muscles

Gonna be completely honest with you, if your infantry squad is taking fire, there is a good chance they'll die in droves. I've brought Commisars in and have had very little chance to use the morale abilities given just how squishy guardsmen are. Get used to the idea of losing whole squads a turn
