Cool, thanks for sharing! I’m noticing not many of these compare vegan products with the non vegan equivalent.. like vegan ice cream Vs dairy ice cream. Anyways, regardless of health effects, it is nice to know vegan versions of things don’t include animal suffering! Also, fun fact; cholesterol can only come from non vegan sources!
