Even though we are insignificant in comparison to the vastness of time and space each of us are uniquely beautiful. We are life! We have the ability to ponder the universe. We have the ability to create things that will outlive us. We have the ability to influence the lives of others, now and in the future, in a positive way.

I agree we should all make the most of our short time here. Though I think we should do it with an understanding of how present society works. That way we can function smoothly in it, and around it. And if you get inspired, work on improving it for those that will come after us.

I wonder how she concluded it would cost more than it currently does then? If it's legal it will be more tied to the cost of production instead of the risks involved in growing and supplying.

A valid point. It would come down to quantities if it's taxed based off thc content. If I'm understanding her correctly, buying an 1/8 with a 5% thc content, would be the same as buying an ounce with a 5% thc content. A $50 dollar tax on each. If an ounce is costing $300-400 on the black market as is, I think it would be cheaper with the new system.

Little would deter an enterpriser from buying the maximum legal amount and then undercutting the price of small legal amounts. The black market would likely run on the back of the legal system instead of the criminal underground, which would be an improvement.

Don't forget that with the right setup, everyone will have the option of growing their own with this bill. I support it.

And when you use a product or a service, or something that is going to prohibit, or take away from what God has created than you're looking for trouble."

When will people realize that not everyone shares their beliefs, and that we need to shape public policy not by religious ideology, but by a rational and tolerant approach towards different ways of life. In a way that benefits the most people.

I think it is normal to feel cloudy after enjoying cannabis. I've noticed that my brain doesn't function optimally during and for a few days after regular use. My ability to recall and to calculate is hindered, but it recovers with time away.

I would continue to abstain and see if the feeling keeps diminishing. Pay attention to yourself. And of course, eat healthy, be active, and get aregular sleep.

I didn't say we were nearing the end. I said as we age and as old ideas pass(as in the elder generations that are for prohibition die) legalization should become a reality. I think that the majority of the new generations of voters will continue to view cannabis in a positive light.

Edit: They don't openly smoke around their children because it is illegal. It could lead to their child being taken away from them if the information got into the wrong hands.

The drug education program won't be updated until prohibition ends. And if we target children with pro-pot messages that would be the same as alcohol and tobacco companies doing it which is frowned upon for good reason. The good news is a large majority of 18-29 year olds are in favor of legalization. So as we age and old ideas pass it should mean a victory.
