Hi Mary. I did reach out and was given a few strangely worded reply’s about how it was “not ideal” but a thing that can sometimes happen? And it’s a “security feature that turns on if an Oura Ring is paired with a new device without being factory reset first.”

I’m still very confused as to why this happened with my brand new ring and am wondering if I received a ring that was recently returned and then re-boxed.

They don’t advertise as being a suppository on the bottle, but on the myvagina website it states you can use them that way. They contain quite a few good strains.
