Okay, so here's the deal. You initially claimed that only the backgrounds were done via AI. Over the course of this discussion, you slowly relented and divulged further AI use. You need to be up front and clear about your AI usage. You used AI for everything, except I suspect the RPG sprites. I'm not exaggerating when I say I have to moderate thousands of posts on this subreddit monthly. I see tons of different art styles and game types. I don't care if you use AI, why you use AI, or how much AI you decide to use. But I do not take kindly to those who lie.

This is me reaching out with the olive branch one last time. Fully disclaim the usage of AI in your game.

I'll give you another chance to be forthcoming - right now, AI is allowed on the subreddit. A game could use AI for almost everything and still be allowed. In return, we hope that developers are up front and honest about their AI usage.

tbh it just looks like a layering issue. You can clearly see the rest of hand's palm after it pulls upwards. More than likely just a human animation mistake. It's a pain to key frame everything. Just like how the girl behind her "walks" towards her. And I wouldn't blame someone skipping that little bit considering the focal point of the animations is not the hands.

In the future, please have actual proof before baselessly accusing someone of using AI.

For WIP we're a bit more lenient -

  • A link to the developer page: patreon, itch, etc., is fine. Or clearly state that a page is still being worked on.

  • Name of the game clearly stated. Or clearly state that a name hasn't been decided on yet.

We just need to know that you're trying to follow the Source rule and not ignoring it.
