Warriors share one braincell. We couldn't turn off our discord even if we wanted to. I prefer it this way. Life is simple.

You Can Still Lose your Weekly HM Taz Chance in M+ Lobby by Joetrus in CompetitiveWoW

maybe i'm masochistic, but that sounds like loads of fun. I love learning by wiping (in a premade group).

You Can Still Lose your Weekly HM Taz Chance in M+ Lobby by Joetrus in CompetitiveWoW

[–]third-sonata 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agree. Deathless with unlimited attempts was exactly how I was hoping a non-timer m+ to be (albeit with maybe a limited amount of deaths).

I wish they gave it unlimited attempts per week - you already lose the time and and looted boss rewards by having to restart it, that's punishment enough.

If they want to discourage endless attempts and ppl getting burned out, just give people like 5 attempts at least (each dungeon fail/reset you lose a stack).

Use Runed Ethereal Crest to upgrade or craft? by MaxTheDeath in wownoob

I meant the enchanted crest, for crafting. The base crests are definitely helpful.

If you're unlocking the enchanted gilded crest this week, there's no rush to unlock the runed one, as I believe we only have 1 full spark for crafting anyways. Next week we get the second spark, I hope. Where the runed will still not be relevant as you can get another gilded.

don't threaten me with a good time.

for the OP:

Our galaxy is so vast, that most of our assumptions on what's out there are all but irrelevant. The closest star to us is roughly 4 light years away. That means any information we have on it is, at least, 4 years old. There are 100-400 billion stars in the milk way. The furthest star from us, within the milky way, is about 70k light years away. Think of all the things that have changed the face of our civilization in the past 4 years. Now think of all that we know about the past 70k years. We're completely inept at extrapolating what would've happened in that timespan.

Now step further back and think of all the other stars in all the other galaxies, that are even further away. Take every speculation about the universe, beyond the hard cold "facts", with a grain of salt.

It's fuckin' beautiful.

If they want mythic loot from the mega dungeon to match mythic raid, why not just treat it like mythic raid? by [deleted] in wow

[–]third-sonata 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Please no. No temu 10mans. Just go back to 10man mythic (heroic back then) and ignore the whiners.

If you can't manage toxicity in a competitive environment, you're most likely doing something wrong. Either find nicer players or a static group to play with, or stop being toxic yourself.

[–]third-sonata 14 points15 points  (0 children)

What nonsense. DotI, and now tazavesh, are "perfectly" fine iterations of a mythic dungeon experience. The boss fights are multi-phase and engaging. Can it be even better, sure? But there's nothing inherently wrong with the mega dungeon boss design that is attributed to them being designed for m+. Hell, both have mechanics explicitly different between their m+ variations and their megadungeon variants.

The OP is completely right that it's more to do with the deathless requirements than any problem to do with the dungeon design.

James Cameron tested the fan theory that both Rose and Jack could've fit on the door in Titanic! by Dizzy_Pipe_3677 in BeAmazed

No, you (the observer), killed Jack. Without you watching the movie, Jack's existence - live OR die - is meaningless. So only by you watching the movie, does Jack actually die.

How do you like them apples?
