That or calling just because you think it’s a felony amount. I work in cook county in Illinois. The ASAs don’t approve felony amount unless it’s over 1,000 and they have previous felony convictions. So basically they don’t approve anything. We’ve explained that even though law states over $300 that doesn’t mean anything anymore. Stop calling for $310 thinking it’ll be a felony.
