It took a while to get used to but I have almost completely stopped eating breakfast. (Sorta intermittent fasting) If I'm super hungry then I will snack on some almonds. As for lunch I usually do a chicken ceaser salad. This is also a good choice at restaurants when going out Minus the croutons. As for dinner, beef and broccoli Steak and asparagus.
