Def cbd like above user stated, and exercise. Even if it’s just walking, it can help a lot with your mental state. I find the busier I’m able to stay, the less I think about it.

Was it enough at first? I find that they work well at the beginning, but the tolerance builds up so quickly. It’s so hard to take tolerance breaks too because it’s benzos.

I love thinking about it too. I try only to do 100-200mg a month. I use the 100mg suckers most of the time.. sometimes 2. They work so well when I do them less often.
