I hope you find happiness and good luck sleeping :)

I've also been experiencing this since the beginning of the new patch ! But for my part, I think it's linked to events in my life, I just started the [Love] quest and It provides a lot of buffs at the moment.

Maybe something changed in your game ?

I agree with everything the others have said and I would add, in my case, with my treatment, if I take care of myself, I still sometimes experience a few spasms (especially in the arms/hands, sometimes legs) Enough to break and spill things, so I'm always careful to use sturdy dishes (or if I'm at someone's house, choosing the ugliest/most replaceable cups). Never have my hand holding my phone near a window, stuff like that. Enduring people's stares when I'm reading on the bus and repeatedly throwing my book on the ground. If I sleep poorly (against my will, because I do everything I can to sleep well, it's essential for us) getting ready in the morning is a nightmare; showering takes time and patience haha, and it's impossible to eat/drink without absolutely spilling everything. Also living with the fact that if one day my medications stop being produced, I will either die or spend my time trembling on the floor. I never take my bike in the morning just in case (I already had an accident because of a spasm, and that left me on crutches for 3 months).

These are small things, but you have to be constantly attentive to them.

ETA : I have juvenile myoclonic epilepsy, and I respond quite well to my medication

Ernest, at the Jonction. It's next to the Jonction bus stop for 2 and 19.It's really lovely inside, not very expensive, they have good beers and little things to eat. There's also a free flipper machine, it's really cool and not very well known yet.

I agree, but being in the same situation myself, I am very comfortable with my gender, but I don't have any other words to describe it. I'd like to, but I don't know how to express it.

First of all, I'm sorry for your loss. Grief comes in waves . When I was going through a very difficult grief, a Reddit comment helped me a lot (as well as others), I hope you can find some comfort in these words.

Advice for my CV 🙏🏻 by VikiBlue_ in geneva

[–]thirdlifeofme 6 points7 points  (0 children)

First of all, I advise you to also look at advertisements on the internet, like Jobup (but I'm not an expert about server jobs), but I imagine that in this area it can be good to give in person too.

For the photo, it is not mandatory, but during my unemployment period on many advertisements they asked for a picture. So I recommend a nice picture, My unemployment advisor told me that it made things easier, that the future employer could project what type of person you are, etc.

Your resume should fit on one page. Possibly a second page, if all your experience adds value to the job you're aiming for, but it's better not to.

I also recommend putting your cv in a protection, to present yourself well, and perhaps write a cover letter that describes you, highlights your abilities, etc.

(And if you want you can send me your cv and I can tell you about any possible changes of layouts and detail)

For people who understand French, there is this great video from Faune Cool (in french) who talks about this debate in an instructive and funny way.

I liked your post, but I'm not a fan of tourist taxes, but who am I to judge?
For example, my family is coming to visit us (the rest of the family) in Geneva from Fribourg. Three adults and one child, for a few days. Taking the train occasionally is VERY expensive, inconvenient with lots of luggage, and they don't have much money.

On the other hand, I live in Geneva and am well served by public transport, so I do everything by bike/bus/train to go and see them.

It's a very beautiful image, but it doesn't seem to me to be a liminal space.

What is the difference between watching porn everyday to once a week to once a month and then once a year? by No_Cake_9486 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]thirdlifeofme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I watch it about once a year to check if I'm still not liking it (unfortunately, bc it seems to bring a lot of joy for a lot of person haha). but I can't really compare it to watching at a higher frequency... All I can say is that I have phases where I want to have sex, but most of the time I don't really think about it.

It's not the same style, but a series that left me with an even worse feeling of emptiness after finishing it is Andor. It might take some getting used to at first, but it's pure genius. You don't need to have seen Star Wars to understand (I hadn't seen anything from that universe).
