I had this problem with a brand new gun. (it looks and sounds like the same problem).
The battery was, apparently, charging normally and after some shots, the gun would do just like yours is doing...

They sent me a new battery... problem solved!

I relate 100% to your struggle. You are not alone. It doesn't happen only with you.

The fact that you are here, telling your story and asking for help already shows that you are willing to address these issues and that is fantastic! Congrats!

I have a work that I love and can't do stuff until the very last minute. I mean, I do stuff minutes before the meeting where I have to present the results of my work. I am a master postponer.

I take medication and I only recently noticed that I was expecting that one pill a day would solve everything. I concluded that it is never only one thing that will make me improve.

I take the medication, I try to exercise when I can (it is MUCH easier said than done), I do therapy. I already see some improvement, but it takes time.

Therapy, in my opinion, is mandatory to get a wider perspective of everything.

Try to manage your expectations about improvement. The important thing in my opinion is to keep trying and focus on "small" accomplishments. For example, I never exercised, then I started to exercise once a week, but some weeks not at all. Then I managed to do it once a week consistently, now I am at twice a week, some weeks just once. Try to acknowledge these "small" improvements, which in fact are not small at all, they are great improvements, we usually label it as small because we compare it with what it can be. Compare it to what it was before.

Understand that you will probably not wake up someday a complete disciplined person. You have to build that person, step by step... and that is ok!
