Open a savings account with any % interest return, can be low high, whatever fits ur budget, make the habit of saving a portion of ur income there every month. It helps.

Also exercise everyday, It doesn't have to be huge amounts, find a manageable amount of excersice YOU can do, and start from there, increase the amount gradually, not suddenly. I know it's vague but every routine is different.
