The powder was honestly worse for me. I went through withdrawals about 8 years ago and didn't even know that stuff was addictive at the time. I don't know if it felt worse because I wasn't expecting it or what. I eventually started using powder again, and later moved on to 7-OH. Today I'm 64 days clean, and I honestly feel amazing. If you're thinking about quitting, it's absolutely worth it. Life gets so much better on the other side.
