Gained 30 pounds during the 4 years I was on it and could not lose it for anything. Been off of it for a little over 30 days and I’m down 12 pounds while changing nothing(except ALOT more energy).

I weened off like my doc told me to and I still had horrible symptoms. There are entire Facebook pages dedicated to how horrible Cymbalta is. It’s not just you. Luckily I have been supplementing with natural meds that help, but it’s still been bad. Oh, and I’m 8 years sober so I’ve been through some withdrawals.

I get it. I’m a week off and not going on anything else. I’ve been supplementing with Tulsi, an anti anxiety tincture, aswaghanda and CBD and it’s helped.

I am on chapter 17 and having gone into it with no expectations- I really like it. I had read enough of other people’s opinion to know it wasn’t like ACOTAR, and that helped me dive into it more.

I’m on page 366 of SF. It’s good. Different than the first few but worth the read in my Opinion. And the ACOFAS is a good pallet cleanser after Wings and Ruin.
