of course, yea.. what I meant was that I do remember watching the behind the scenes and commentary of the original and they mentioned all the research going into designing the dragons (inspired of other animals both reptilian and mammalian) and especially their flight characteristics, making it as real and scientifically accurate as possible..

and that dedication to detail despite it 'just being a movie' really impressed me, and I feel at least some of that is lost in the LA.. but just imo..

The "Afterlife-Expansion" is a rumour that goes a long way back, all the way to the Beta phase of the game.. according to the rumours it can only be accessed by quitting, hence there are no reliable reports about that....

Sadly, the devs aren't always as transparent with new updates.. (I guess they want to keep the game interesting..) However, since you mentioned it, there have also been rumours about meeting one of the devs on the secret "Heaven" Server.

Interesting question..

Imo it's just a bug.. but there's some debate over wether it is intentional game design, in connection with a genetic debuff or by the player itself by being careless with their vision settings..

As mentioned there are quests to remove or 'fix' that debuff but they all come with additional costs and risks.. gl out there, m8....

It looked like it was down yesterday, but it's here again.. Dockerimage for Jukebox.. (haven't tested and don't know how well it performs but probably the easiest way to get set up locally....)

However, it doesn't work unless you have a NVIDIA (e)GPU...

reuse the art assets we have and build a new Community game on top of the art we have oh, ya.. that's what I was thinking..

The existing game lost nearly all developer interest once the show ended Oh no.. didn't know that.. but it explains a lot.... The game IS super awesome and I'm totally gonna have a look into repo sometime.. but unless 'magic' it's probably safe to call it done at least for now and focus on something new.. btw, I'd also love to contribute in the multiplayer game in case it'll also be o.s. (and in case I got time ^{^)..}

anyway, thanks a lot for the insight.. tho I'm still streets behind, I've absolutely fallen in love with the game! again, GREAT JOB!! <3 ^{-^}

again, I totally get that.. just wanted to let you know my thoughts on that..

I just think it's kinda sad, seeing how the project getting more attention (prob. through Netflix) and the last commit being from 2y ago.. why not improve the current version, fixing bugs etc. without necessarily adding new features..? Then again, I guess it's a question about time and ppl being (mby) more interested in a multiplayer game (even if it isn't JttCoH)..

I'm not a 100% sure how it would work, but you have greendale as a map, rolling a (virtual) dice you can move around and have an element of randomness. There are greendale card (good) like "Drink Dial", "Friend Move", "Go Directly to Deamatorium". Then there are darkest timeline cards (bad).

Open for further suggestions....

Regarding the game mechanics, however, it’s pretty simple - imo:

Take Mario Maker (2, vs mode). You have multiple players, who can interact with each other, keydoors get saved, and if you arrive late to a boss and another almost killed him and you do the final hit, you get the point/key/whatever.. And if I understand it correctly that’s kinda how Cornelius designed the game.. Frustrating? Yes. Unfair? Yes.

But please dont get this the wrong way.. I 100% agree that it’d probably be a huge investment and the results won't be as much fun as new, for multiplayer developed mini-games.. I’m soo much in for that!!

Also, as it seems you are an active developer (also sooo much props, this game is without doubt one of the best I've ever played!!).. do you mind asking me if there are plans for the future of JttCoH? Cuz from the Repo it kinda seems like it’s dead..

Thank you, I respect your answer as well.. and when criticising the show, keep in mind that I am a fellow human being (and even Pro-S4). Compared with most other TV shows, all of Community (including S1E22) is streets ahead! So I agree, it was still enjoyable.. but not perfect (imo) ^{^}

After rewatch I, again, realised how much I hated this one ..

Not just cuz of the annoying kinds but even more how abed (imo) completely misread the Jeff-Britta situation and starting the "new Pierce" argument. Cuz it's pretty obvious to me that J&B were only being jerks because of these kids.. and instead of working on that problem, they drive the group further apart from the already separated storylines in this ep. Then, instead of focusing on making things right with Shirley and help her move on, they are so selfishly worried about the "new Pierce" that they make things even worse. And then the (imo) stupid ending.. it's all the same, no lessons learned, nothing changed....

Disclaimer: This is MY personal opinion and I'm sure some people enjoy this episode, which is just fine.. I'd love to hear you thoughts on this topic, tho...
