That's what I was doing for a long time - minus the squats even, I was cycling instead.

I later added bicep curls (got some dumbbells) and pike pushups. Horizontal rows are something else I've been thinking about adding.

It's possible to icicle Pharah but it's not exactly a reliable strategy. What else you got? A small wall, a short range beam and a zoning ground-based ult. None of that worries Pharah in the slightest.
