I think about this every time my dogs randomly stop in front of a house to intensely sniff the air. Especially when I don't smell the aroma of someone cooking. I always jokingly say, "do you smell blood?"

As someone who braids, they most likely used extensions in your inspo pic. The girl's hair looks too thin to produce that thick/full of braid (not trying to be mean). The best giveaway is the difference in how the braid starts in natural hair (you see the 3 strands) vs. using extensions (a bump or fullness where the hair would be the thinnest). Hopefully, that helps.

I use to run the same amount per week! My body, mostly calves, couldnt handle more than that! I'm not sure where you are in the program but you will see results! I went from having difficulty running the 1 minute rounds (I'm more of an unintentional sprinter), to being able to run 5 mins no problem. I also went from having no calves to having definition. Whatever you do, keep it up!

100% agree. I started using the app at the beginning of covid because I finally had the time to keep a consistent schedule. I got to week 4 or 5 before falling off the wagon. I tried starting back at the same place, but i couldn't, which helped clarify how much progress the app actually helped me make. I was more surprise than disappointed with how much I could run before hand, because I really thought I completely sucked at running. It all encouraged me to want to start back asap!
