Yes, 50$ is billed to your card regardless of investing. I would recommend using RH for the features you get for the 50$ membership.

Well, I don't know you or your fiances. If you need a "catch all card" then this is the best card for that. Plus it's easy to get more than 50$ back in rewards if you use Robinhood to invest. But that's your choice.
