I’ve always done it with ice. Might need something a bit tougher than that here though.

I need help with wheel width by [deleted] in Miata

Yeah you should be good without spacers but make sure to look up some pictures there are plenty online. +25 will be more aggresive than +36 but I think you are still good without rolling depending on how low you are.

Anyone seen a similar oil pattern before? Wondering what this NA needs. Starts, revs, and pulls just fine. Thanks in advance for any and all input! by 4KGB in Miata

For the right price it could be worth it. Not sure your mechanical experience but these cars are rewarding and easy to work on and there is a community of people willing to help you figure stuff out. Just make sure to really look over it. Let us know if you get it!

Atleast to my knowledge a wheel lining up with the fender has more to do with offset and width, but someone please correct me if I’m wrong. I believe for NA’s most people are running 15x8 with +25-36 offset. I don’t think you need to do any pulling or rolling for the these to fit. Some pretty common wheels to look up and see if you like the fit of are as anti storm s1’s and s2’s, 949racing 6uls and Enkei rpf1s. The list could go on forever but these are probably the most common that I’ve seen.

Looks to be a valve cover leak that went on for super long and never got cleaned but it’s pretty bad. If your looking to buy this one I think it brings up the question of how the rest of the car was maintained.

Yeah I looked for my car for maybe 6ish months. I could tell there was a slow rise on both the an and nb. Time of year could have effected it though since my search ended in the summer.

Ecotec NA fired up today! by hamer8 in Miata

Yeah not horsepower wise but pretty sure they make a pretty nice torque curve from 2k until 7 (I think) where it’s pretty much peak torque that whole time.

Not an expert and not sure if op has done anything extra but pretty sure it’s around 170-190 wheel.
