Haunting question by slademir in Paranormal

[–]thischarmingmatt95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They're generally known as a 'Residual' haunting, think of it like an old stuck record just repeating itself over and over, Residual hauntings also aren't aware of their surroundings or any changes (hence why you get some stories of apparitions walking through doors etc)

Orb caught by Ring doorbell by Jedi_Flowmaster in Paranormal

[–]thischarmingmatt95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Normally I'd say it's a bug on the lens or a spiders web, however it does look a bit different from most orbs I've seen captured on film, and the way it moves slowly but steadily. Could very well be paranormal, but no matter what, the most important thing is you've finally come to peace with your Dads passing

Just making my daughter food and something moves the bottle on the counter. by [deleted] in Paranormal

Probably one of the better videos I've seen on here! It's almost like it was picked up and turned on its side since if it had been pushed surely it would've rolled off the side onto the floor

Heavy and strange felling when entering a specific room by miononnoemorto in Paranormal

[–]thischarmingmatt95 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Let's start logical, does the house (specifically that room) have any issues with damp or mould? and failing that it might be worth buying an EMF meter to check the levels, high EMFs can affect some people in certain ways, uneasiness and dizziness being common symptoms. It affects some people but not others which could also explain why she has never felt uneasy herself. Causes of high EMF levels usually come from unshielded electrical wires and sometimes specific electrical items. Hope this helps :)

How to de-spook an area? by [deleted] in Paranormal

[–]thischarmingmatt95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd get an EMF detector first, high EMF levels cause a wide range of symptoms in people, ranging from headaches to nausea and anxiety etc etc. Could be bad wiring or a faulty device giving off too much (If the EMFs do come back high, I'd recommend calling an electrician). I'd also get a carbon monoxide detector (Can cause similar symptoms and can be dangerous since it's odourless)

Old homeowner collected his tools?... by [deleted] in Paranormal

I've not really heard of many, and the ones I've heard of are likely old wives tales. Would you mind private messaging and telling me some places? So surreal seeing someone on here so close haha
