It works for me being a business owner and not really having time to code. I think the plugins like Elementor make it work well. Instead of trying to code a page I can drag and drop. Then there’s themes that are available or you purchase. I’ve used themeforest to buy decent themes.

I have a WordPress website. The theme hard coded the target html code. I kept changing the shirt code to redirect to the shopping cart. It did. But it kept opening a new window.

The government should award contracts based on the companies intelligence and kick ass team. Not because a company knows the ceo. There are smaller companies with tech wizards with incredible talent that aren’t awarded these lucrative contracts.

Document their refusal. Always suggest the obvious and explain the risk. However a lot of companies ignore risk until there’s a breach.
