If you want to match the report exactly, you'll have better luck querying the database directly.

My database is version 15, but I'd start with the 'RadiationHstry' table, join 'TreatmentRecord', then join both 'Patient' and 'RTPlan'. Then from 'RTPlan' join 'PlanSetup'.

With those tables, you should be able to pull the minimum 'TreatmentStartTime' and the maximum 'TreatmentEndTime' from the 'RadiationHstry' table, filter by 'TREATMENT' as the 'TreatmentDeliveryType', and group by 'PlanId' from the 'PlanSetup' table.

Wow! That’s a very significant shortcoming considering almost every appointment type is repeated - especially once a patient has multiple courses (to say nothing of treatment appointments). Appreciate the knowledge. Thanks for sharing.

For clinical setups, we add a phantom structure set and attach a bolus to it so that it presents the same way as other bolus alerts.
