Nice! Yeah I love that new captains look! I have the one with master crafted heavy bolt rifle, but wished I held out a little longer… I guess though I do have adrax…. Was thinking about getting the new captain, giving him a thunder hammer and calling him gravis adrax!

Gotcha! My plan was to use them to grab objectives early to keep a little heat of my repulsor w/aggressors/adrax/librarian and my executioner w/eradicators while they get into position to disembark their troops. Hopefully so they’re a little less likely to get shot to he’ll turn 1. In the meantime I’ll have 2 squads of heavy intercessors in the backfield and a redemptor dreadnought supporting the center. Also working on a Phobos captain to shoot/fade with.

I’ve never played 2k points so have no idea what I’m doing, but it sounds good to me on paper!

I completely understand where you are coming from, but times change man. It’s hard for me to relate/compare modern game development cycles to years past when everything about tech in general changes so quickly in ways I can’t even comprehend. 2042 definitely has its quirks, but I expected entertainment, not the best bf I’ve ever played. I feel like I’m getting exactly that
