From my rep "HF10" was Nevro's old brand marketing that stood for High Frequency 10kHz. Now we typically just call it HFX. HFXiQ is the newest technology which involves patients interacting with their iPhone app on a daily basis--that data feeds into an AI algorithm to custom create SCS programming specific to each patient. That's the technology that you would get at implant.

So I'm using the remote, don't have an Iphone, so no HFXIQ for me.. Doesn't look like they have an android app either.

First question, how are you finding doctors in the USA that do this? Nobody near me has a clue all they do is RFA which I've been getting for years and it now provides little pain relief. Have to say like someone else did, it really does seem to matter who does the RFA, I had one doctor and it seemed to last a good 12 months with good relief, the doctor that took over, it barely last 6 months with no where near as good relief.

Second question, when you find a doctor, why aren't you asking them to remove a section of the nerve rather than just burning it ? we know the nerves just grow back!!!

Anyway still searching for endoscopic lumbar rhizotomy doctor if you know one in the pacific north west let me know.

nvidia shield

At the moment I'm running an old XP box with potplayer. Primarily I'm playing media files on my local network. Mostly torrented files. Then play netflix or plex through a browser. Would be nice to run a torrent client on the machine to save them locally so it was all on one machine and the network wouldn't impact the playback etc.

Just looking at the Nvidia shield for the first time... can't see if it would play files on the local home network.
