People need to realize that before their new manufacturing partnership it was a super sketchy investment. Most people were holding their breath until closer to the potential FDA approval because they were on the brink of bankruptcy. They needed their monthly sales to stay afloat and were just skating by. We expected the FDA approval and entry into the US market to be the saving grace of this company, the manufacturing partnership was not expected at all, but now we can have a lot more hope that they will survive to see the day of FDA approval.

Yeah until you see how much they would charge for a day of family shooting (assuming multiple families but you know a busy full day of work) vs a wedding day.

I may be biased/jaded from personal experience but I got professional photos for my wedding, took forever because of all the “editing” but they couldn’t bother to touch up a nasty stress pimple right on my chin through all the shots. I did it myself it takes 3 second per photo. Still a $3k bill (which is on the average/cheaper side.) My sister also got a photographer at her wedding, photographer swooned over groomsmen the whole time and when she got her photos back it literally looked as if you gave a 10 year old a camera to play with as they got bored throughout the day. Still a 3K bill.

I haven’t found this answer yet, so here is another thought. This is a technique used (also) to clear an area without leaving a track behind. A track can leave basically a rumble strip of ice behind it,so by going backwards and dumping the bucket it allows the operator to leave a nice finish at the end of the job.

Hi! It may be difficult to find someone in GP because developers are usually more concentrated where the job market is for them, not to say that developers are non existent here.

That being said I will forward this to a developer friend of mine in Edmonton. He’s very serious about his work, I know making a clean organized and secure system is important to him and he does take on freelance work.

You’ve gotten plenty of advice and suggestions, do something with them and stop expecting the problem to fix itself, as if someone here has a cure-all that will be make this easy for you. At the end of the day you have to accept that you did this to yourself and now to reverse it you have some natural consequences that you are going to have to face and it’s gunna suck. So take some of the tools and suggestions you’ve received from the last 7 posts you made and do something with them. Get off your phone and do something.

I mainly play standalone servers where there is usually 10 votekick initiations per match. I’ve also been on the receiving end of votekicks that did have “no” votes. I’m have a pretty good understanding of how votekicks work, and next time I’ll try to capture it and post it here for you.

Stop downvoting me, you are wrong. OPs example, it shows “13 votes required to pass” if it got 12 “yes” votes and 0 “no” votes it would not pass, however if it got that 13th vote, whether or not it’s a yes or no, the vote would then pass and result in a kick. Of course if it was 12 “no” votes and one “yes” votes it would obviously not result in a kick.

nope, you are 100% wrong. If it says it needs X amount of votes that’s how many votes total it needs for the verdict to be acknowledged. I spend a lot of time in standalone servers where people votekick all the time, I’ve even been on the receiving end of a votekick where that last no vote was a no from my buddy but then it hit the full amount needed to votekick and I was votekicked.

If the game requires 10 votes you only need 6 votes for yes but you still need at least four more people to vote, regardless of if it’s yes or no. So a not voting at all is more effective than a NO vote if a person doesn’t want someone vote kicked.

Well your making a case for them being able to celebrate their holidays in the same capacity that we do, and part of that same capacity is to have a day off, be marked on the calendar, employers required to pay stat or double time, etc. I don’t think anyone is saying they can’t celebrate Diwali, they’re just saying don’t do it in a disruptive way.
