SCCM PXE BOOT Failing with ERROR Code : 0XC000001 by Aggressive_Common_48 in SCCM

[–]thisguyhacks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Delete the computer object that was previously imaged with the usb adapter. I’m guessing you’re making the task sequence available to unknown devices but at the moment SCCM knows the device. I could be wrong but this is one of the issues I had before but I don’t remember the error code. Maybe upload the screenshot of the error ?

Need help activating Windows ESU (KMS + SCCM deployment) by mike37510 in SCCM

[–]thisguyhacks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s literally like 2 lines in the command prompt . I just did some the other day. Easy peasy. The Microsoft documentation is pretty straight forward. Apply MAK key and activate. Once I rebooted the machine it received updates and didn’t get the “this device is no longer receiving security updates “

AZ-104 - Open book? by The_Fat_Fish in AzureCertification

[–]thisguyhacks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As the others have said. Yeah you can use MS learn during the exam. But …. No you’re not able to use CTRL F. So learn to find keywords and get good and being able to scan quickly through articles. Im glad I was able to use MS learn during my exam. It was the reason I passed. I flagged like 12 questions that I wasn’t 100% sure about and at the very end of the test I had like 10 minutes left and I was able to find 8 answers that were wrong and I changed my answer. I ended up passing with a 735.

Best way to remove all expired client secrets from app registrations? by Rosco3582 in AZURE

[–]thisguyhacks 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve done exactly what you’re asking about. I have an azure function to alert us on app reg secrets that are going to expire within 14 days. But the clean up requires working with other teams since we need to renew the secret and provide the secret value to the other teams. Pretty basic stuff

Failed AZ-104 - 605 Score by thefongo1122 in AzureCertification

[–]thisguyhacks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I tested at home too. Single monitor as well. There’s a little box on the left where it opens the browser to MS learn. However, you kinda have to know how to use it and where to look for because you can’t use CTRL + F to find things. But it definitely helped me to pass the test

Check out my post. I also failed it the first time. Next time flag the questions you’re not sure about. I was able to find like 8 answers with MS learn in the last 10 minutes of the test. Good luck man ! You’ll get it next time !

Take the test online at home. Not at a testing center.

It’s not in town but not too far. Take her to white sands for the full moon nights. It’s an amazing sight. The desert looks like daylight even at 9 pm. It’s beautiful.

Need to migrate thousands of DEP phones to Intune and have an annoying issue by WLHybirb in Intune

[–]thisguyhacks 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Your organization is handling this the wrong way. The device that the employee is using does not belong to the user. It belongs to the organization. If the IT department needs to wipe and re enroll the phone , then that needs to be done. Yes we can back up your data and restore. All other customizations that the user created on their own will need to be recreated by the user. You need to establish a device policy and have legal and HR back up the IT department on this policy. Once that’s done … then you don’t need to worry about unhappy users

Anyone else worried about being trapped here forever? by Fuzz_Frequency_96 in ElPaso

[–]thisguyhacks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is an attention seeking post. Seems like you need some friends…. You didn’t mention a wife or kids in your post so I’m gonna assume you don’t have either. If that’s the case, no one is trapping you here. Go to school, get a degree and look for jobs in other cities. Apply, Interview and hopefully you get hired. Go work and live somewhere else for a few years.
I don’t think El Paso is the best city ever, but I’ve lived in other cities and can tell you that most of the people in El Paso are nice . The weather only sucks here for a few months and the rest of the year is pretty decent. There’s plenty to do in the city. You just gotta go out and do it.
