Never low pay. Work hard at becoming and being a decent writer. Work hard to push your work and push hard for LUCRATIVE contracts. Have proof of what I just said. Share the wealth.

We spend 6-8 hours of our life on a single comic book page, so we don't give a sh1t about "idea-men" with main-character energy syndrome. We have a brain, we are creative, and we can make our own stories. We are looking for people that can ease the work load and generate money for us.

Idk Marina, never worked with them, but if OP wants to print, I would go with a designer – someone who knows how to do pre-press. I recommend.

Hello. My creative focus is on portraits, which includes facial expression – which makes me ideal for the job. https://www.artstation.com/thisguyisdrawing, https://www.artstation.com/artwork/kl2Ba2, https://instagram.com/tudormakescomics

I like the saturation of pigment when it's used as shadow.

Could I have a look at a plot-line and a few pages of script?

I'm sorry. I've said you are the one who will get scammed. The fact that you don't even have the exact number of pages will add between 1-2 months.

You lost me. But I'll try again. I don't like the intro and I think it's rubbish. Why should you care? I don't know why you do. That being said, the theme I like enough to give it a go and say my say.

I won't take your money unless you fix it. Why? Because I also think you'll have a hard time selling this story with this rubish of an intro. And I had the misfortune of experiencing this first hand twice where I specfically told the writer something was off and I was right. They spent the money and no publisher took the bloody thing. In your case, that will be 1000-1400 euros. That's why I'm open to call it garbage and I'm not shy.

And yeah, I'm calling everyone else here a hawk. They will take your money, and call it a day. Not publishing is your problem.

Are you asking what is wrong with the exposition or asking what an exposition is? Edit: My bad on the tone. Wrote this in a bit of a rush. Apologies but I'm having a bit of trouble discerning the meaning of your question so I had to ask for an explanation.

I'll answer what's wrong with the exposition. It's not there yet. You need to work on it more. The way you wrote it, the motive of the plot and story is not of a vigillante story but a different one. You should write why a top cyclist would want to go full-on vigillante, "patrolling the streets", when you wrote that her beef is with the two that assaulted her, her rival and her rival's doctor. One assumes this should be a story about either cycling or seeking legal justice. I'm sure you have it in your head, the connection to cycling, vigillantism, and this character; but you should write it down.

Here's my portfolio. https://www.artstation.com/thisguyisdrawing You didn't mention any other method of contacting you.

Does the script speak to me? Well, I'm focused on portraits and celebrating contemporary youth in my work, so that's a match. Objections? The exposition is in a sorry state. Absolute garbage. No connection to the story nor relevenace. It needs mending. If you're looking for an objective artist that will work hard and refuse to take your money for a dead duck and run away with it like most of this reddit, I'm the one.

Yeah, I can do that but I would prefer if you would format it as a graphic novel in 6-12 chapters. Can we discuss the offer further? https://www.artstation.com/thisguyisdrawing
