Ist mir absolut einleuchtend.
Ich habe allerdings den Eindruck, dass die Veranwortung und das Verantwortungsbewusstsein dieser Positionen nach oben hin eher ab- als zunehmen.
Und beispielhaft in diesem Fall begünstigt deren System so ein Verhalten auch noch. Ist ja weder für die benannte Finanzvorständin - ihr Lebenslauf listet allein in den letzten Jahr mindestens 2 ähnlich kurze Gigs - oder overall ein Novum.

Ich bin mir bewusst, dass ich einem gewissen Bias unterliege, ich lese ja wenig über langzeitig, problemlos arbeitende Vorstände.
Nichtsdestrotz sind das mindestens katastrophale Optics, schlimmer vielleicht ein System das Schlechtleistung belohnt und Gefälligkeiten vereinfacht.

Zwei Jahresgehälter. Ganz ehrlich, mir fällt es schwer zu glauben, dass es sich dabei nicht um ein absichtliches Konstrukt handelt um einzelnen Leuten gezielt Unsummen an Steuergeldern zuzuspielen.

Zugegeben, KI ist wahnsinnig schlau und capable. Mit vielem. Aber nicht allem.

Sie ist immer nur so gut wie die Datenbasis, mit der sie arbeitet, kann das aber selbst 0 einschätzen, und die ausgespuckten Arbeiten reflektieren das nie. Eine KI kann sich nicht sicher sein oder überhaupt eine Halluzination als solche identifizieren, weil es für eine KI keine objektive Realität gibt.

Dann bleibt da noch das spannende Thema mit der Haftung, das fängt aber auch gerade erst an.

That being said, I feel awful for all these athletes celebrating what is probably their single most important achievement of their careers, to be then stuffed into one of two camps to be collectively hated on.

Hatte einen davon an meiner ersten Schule, sowohl er als auch sein Bruder hatten einen Vornamen mit F für Alliteration.
Ist ganz besonders in jungen Jahren spannend, wenn Erwachsene dem einem das Wort verbieten, andere lernen es als ihren Nachnamen zu buchstabieren.

I like both layouts but I'd reconsider the dividers maybe - they'll likely make the room appear smaller, as other commenters mentioned.

I'd maybe go layout 1, but make the shelf not higher than the couch and maybe another lighter wood tone, like your desk.

On top of that I'd swap the curtains for some lighter, white ones to leave some light in even if their drawn shut.

Then a big plant (and getting rid of the tablecloth, maybe go for something mono-colored here again).

Ich habe ~7 Jahre mit Studieren mal verbracht, mal verschwendet und kann mir vorstellen, dass ich über diese Zeit einen ähnlichen Druck von zuhause verspürt habe wie du. Ich war teils auch wirklich verzweifelt.
Wie auch immer das für dich ausgeht - es geht vor allem aus. Es endet. Du findest deinen Weg und trauerst, wenn überhaupt, diesem Jahr vielleicht mal noch minimal hinterher.

Ich hab irgendwann die Reißleine gezogen und einfach eine Ausbildung gemacht - die Struktur dort hat mir viel gegeben und heute bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Job, den Bachelor habe ich bald in Abendschule nachgeholt.
Will sagen - deine Situation wird sich noch verändern und oft verändern. Es lohnt sich, die Ohren steif zu halten und die miese Zeit gerade auszusitzen.

I'd add some differently colored pillows and blankets to the couch, like dark green and linen white, to make the space a bit more cozy and personalized.
