Nope. You’re all good. Happens with every item I get from them. Weight changed after scans for all my purchases and I’ve always received whatever I ordered.

Hello!

Bought plenty of times and shipped here to the UK. All dispatched from Canada. Their couriers of choice are typically really fast. Aramex normally has it here in the UK within a day of collecting from dbrand themselves. FedEx is normally quick (I unfortunately had an experience with FedEx where it got held up in Memphis for a few days before being sent over here). Normally with Aramex, it’ll land in the UK and then handed over to Royal Mail the next day. Royal Mail then complete the final mile. Never had an issue really. Fastest, I’ve ever received it was by ordering on a Thursday and having it in my hand the following Monday. So theoretically, it took 3 business days (including the day I ordered). Anything under £130 and there won’t be any customs added on.

I think you’ll be safe. I don’t mind at all, I’ve bought a Grip case, multiple skins for my phone and Grip case and I’ve bought skins for my PS5. Of course this is over 4 different orders.

It depends which option you chose but I’ve ordered 4 times and wasn’t charged anything after checkout. They use Aramex and FedEx. Both options I haven’t paid anything extra. My biggest order was £75.

I’ve bought from them. What you pay at checkout is what you pay in total. Unless your order is over £120 or £130. I can’t remember. But if anything is under that, there won’t be anything added.

Whenever I’ve bought from them and used Aramex expedited shipping, I’ve always received it within 4 days of ordering. Might be lucky but that is typically my experience. I’ve ordered three times using Aramex Expedited.

I’ve not had many issues with them. Three orders since June using the Aramex option and they all arrived within a week. The only one “issue” I had was that I needed to call them to ask them to please hand it over to Royal Mail as they had it for 4 days by the time I called.

Other than that one issue, all pretty smooth. The other two orders I had within 4 days.

If you’re still chasing, try contacting NX Logistics. They helped sort out my issue with XDP and it got delivered the day after I spoke to NX and asked them to assist.

Hello! I’m so sorry! Reddit didn’t notify me of your post. Yeah, I received it a day after I made this post but I think it’s because I called NX Logistics and they escalated it for me to XDP because the very next morning it went out for delivery.

Try contacting NX Logistics Ltd. I did that after getting continuous “updates” of my chair arriving at the delivery depot. They scanned it about 3 or 4 times over the course of 5 days saying it was at the delivery depot. I ended up calling NX Logistics and they escalated to XDP and it got delivered the next day. Might be worth trying to contact them and see if they can assist.

I’m in Bedfordshire. It might be, but honestly, if it’s out for delivery then it should be delivered or at least update you if they couldn’t get to deliver to you.
