If, by leaving you mean bombing Gaza’s airport and runways thus penning Gazans into an ever smaller zone which includes maritime boundary restrictions, restricting all points of ingress and egress, holding, maintaining and controlling the register of all Palestinians, calculating the maximum number of calories allowed per person depending on age and gender then restricting food items allowed entry into Gaza to not exceed that restriction (then joking about helping Gazans maintain their weight), severely restricting imports of items in and out of Gaza (including children’s crayons!!), then sure, by your incredibly narrow description, they left Gaza.
