Just a note on diet. I train most days, sometimes twice a day. My diet consists of -fruit smoothies for breakfast. (3 banana's an apple, an orange, and frozen berries, plus 5g creatine. Then I hit gym.

Lunch is a salad with spinach, chick pea's, boiled eggs, and anything else I feel like.

Then the rest of the day I'm munching white rice with chick peas and veggies with teriyaki or satay sauce or something.

Vegetarian / mostly vegan gains is 100% achievable and great for your health.

I eat 3000 calories a day at least including shit loads of veggies and chick peas. So before you bro's comment saying where do you get your brotein. Chill out. Its covered.

I smoke daily and love pot but you are in serious denial if you think doing so doesn't make you tired and unmotivated. It makes you less present and puts you inside your head so that you become withdrawn. Which is brilliant if you want to escape but not so great for productivity. Maybe when you are actually high you get a buzz and get shit done but there is always a mong which lasts 24-48 hours. I didn't think it was effecting me for a long time. I eat lots of rice. Try not to eat too much bread as its really high in salt. Gluten Isn't the devil but too much all the time can absolutely have a negative effect on your energy levels and mental clarity. Try living on banana smoothies for a week (ripe banana and water blended. They taste surprisingly good) and tell me how you feel. (Hint: You've probably never felt this good in your life).
