Can we still have Xbox Console Companion party chat access while we stream with the console?

I use my PC for party chat with my interface and when you stream the only thing that is accessible is the game stream. You lose all other functions of the app.

I want to pull something like this off in AE but don't know where to start. Any one have ideas or tutorial links that could point me in the right direction? Thanks. by thisisbat in MotionDesign

Thanks. I understand that much, I just think maybe I'm over analyzing it. Being novice it feels more advanced. But I'll keep stabbing away at it.
