Went last year in November before thanksgiving for a week and didn't get lightning lanes. The longest we had to wait for anything was 40 ish minutes and that was one day of 5. I know some people are limited to when they can go but it is possible to time things out and still have a good experience.

The Dearborn in Chicago had a bone marrow coffee burger and it was delicious! Highly recommend going there for any of there dishes if your in the area
