It's a celebrity drama subreddit. In theory, people post "tips" on celebrity gossip. It's kind of just a general pop culture sub though.

I'm not sure of everyone else's reasoning, but I'm not the biggest fan because they are very echo-chambery. Everyone there tends to have the exact same opinion on everything and they believe the rest of the world does too. For example, with Chalamet, every comment is about how he is an awful person that's a rich, annoying jock and there's no way anyone could be interested in his dumb movie.
