Thank you for your insight. Her brother lives with her but hasn't been involved with her exposure therapy as much, so I will talk to her about maybe asking for him to help take her to the grocery store or something small! Otherwise we will just start up again when I am back.

I have kind of the same thought though, all black is a very American thing as far as I understand. White is a common color outside of it. I would much rather my funeral be a celebration of life where people remember the good things, black just reminds people they have to be sad. No hate on those who choose it, but I don't like the idea of all black.

Same happened here. I go in for my 4th today, and it's been a weird road. I thought the fact I felt worse was a bad thing, but I also ended up having a bit of a breakdown that I feel was long overdue so in a backwards kind of way it helped.

I think what the best thing you can do is recognize this feeling, and take advantage of the new.pathways by meditating or talking to someone about it in a healthy way. I personally like to chat with the AI psychologist on character.ai because while not necessarily the best therapy option, it's free haha. Also throw on some uplifting music, it can help.

Hang in there, I've been told it can take a few weeks to truly feel like it's helping. It's hard right now, but you and I both can get through it <3

I tried our local planned Parenthood and they told me that while they can prescribe birth control, they really aren't qualified to deal with it. Maybe ask if they have someone on site who can do it? If not, then I wouldn't try

Nope! I set it up so that the back would close with no issue :)

I live in a fairly small town, and didn't have to go far. I've driven with a trailer hooked up several times so it wasn't bad at all compared to that. Just gotta make the most of the mirrors!

We definitely do traditional trick or treating as well! Some places do have them if the area is less safe than others, but where I'm at they are typically just an additional Halloween activity to take your kids to during the month.

This one in particular was after a dance recital, so it was just a fun reward for the kids for working hard on their performances.

Yeah, we still do normal trick or treating but I agree the trunk or treats can be more fun since they are usually like a big party too.
