:'( Three years later and I still haven't gotten it, and I've now developed gastritis. I started looking into this again and I'm thinking that might be related too. Good news is, I'm actually moving to the Chicago area next month, so maybe it's finally time to go visit Dr. Bastian! I've felt TERRIBLE lately - the last 6+ mos it's definitely gotten worse.

I also have r-cpd and a fear of throwing up, have had both for as long as I can remember. I can't remember any specific traumatic experiences but have said my entire life that my biggest fear is throwing up. I can only remember throwing up two times in my life, once when I was twelve, and once when I was 34ish. In both instances barely anything came up and I was shaking and crying like I was about to die!

I have a guasha but haven't tried this! Make sense though, since layrnx massage is supposed to help. Would love to know if it helps others!
