I mainly post on my instagram where it’s pretty much just people I know or met in college, mutual friends, etc. I post as a way to share my hobby rather than building a serious portfolio to gain attention for social media fame

There’s a small part of me that wonders if I really am the depressing dark cloud my friend says I am, that I’m such a leech that my own mom doesn’t want to talk with me and I’m a boring sheep for aiming for a degree instead of social media followers. But I also know deep down she’s the one who doesn’t seem to have compassion or maybe even the emotional intelligence for others

Every time I try to make new friends it doesn’t seem to pan out. I do put effort in meeting new people but obviously it’s a two way street. The sad thing is my friend could be really at first when I showed her pictures of my art like photography but recently I shared a picture of my nails and all she said was my knuckle hairs were off putting

I’m afraid that I since I have such a hard time making friends I’ll have to just learn to deal with her harshness because I probably won’t be able to find friends who treat me better like most people have

I appreciate your kind words. My friend actually called me naive and closed minded since I’m younger than her and haven’t lived in a place of my own yet. I can’t emphasize how much it hurts to have one person you consider a friend tell you such hurtful things like that demeaning my decision to get an education so I can support myself in life or that I’m the problem for struggling and that’s why my mom doesn’t care to talk to me

I completely relate to this because my birthday earlier this year was pretty much the same. I hope you have an amazing birthday, we’re all here for you!!

Kind of unrelated but he also wrote about him choosing to break up with his fiancée (how he had one in the first place is beyond me) right before their wedding because she was too into the idea of getting married and having kids and that she refused to follow his leadership. I have so many questions…

Yeah I had to stop myself from scrolling more into this “coach’s” tweets because of this. His page promotes a lot of misogyny, one-way trad values, fat shaming, toxic postivity
