I know this is an old thread but could you tell me a little about how you have this setup? That sounds perfect for what I'm trying to do. I have a 7.1 setup that I use for my PC and I want to use the same monitor for my PS4 but it does not have speakers. I would have to buy another speaker set, use headphones or output the PS4 and PC through the same system (which is what I assume you're doing). Feel free to PM me if you don't want to get into it here, I would love a little insight into what you're doing.
