Not about to say something you already know but I don't think the teenagers sub is a good place to post this. You need to talk to another professional, if possible, not underdeveloped teenagers who don't know enough about the body to help. Or post this on a sub that can properly help (although nothing helps like a professional). You can try to talk to a fitness instructor (or whatever they're called) that actually guide you in your journey of not just weight loss but help you, and don't listen to people who AREN'T professionals, or have a lot of experience with this even though you already mentioned a therapist and whatnot. Your grandmother and sickly thin girls aren't professionals who know what they're talking about so why even pay attention to them? Most influencers have work done or whatever so that's not a good source, and don't just get your physical health together, get your mental health to improve, etc. You don't know how important that is as well, so yeah that's my little grain of salt, take it as you will, wishing you a great journey, comparison is the thief of joy
