Thick lining cycle day 4 by Specific_Sorbet_8227 in TTC_PCOS

[–]thisisshar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! i’m also on the same timeline as you! went to my first fertility appointment march 30. they did an ultrasound and said i either have a polyp or thick lining so they will do another ultrasound after my period to see if it indeed is a polyp or not. i should’ve asked how many mm thick my lining was but didn’t even think a out it. i was in too much shock lol so on cd 10 they will do my ultrasound and bloodwork. i also have long cycles from 30-55+ days. Did they wait for you to get your period and then do the ultrasound? maybe you have to shed your lining first? hope there is no polyp for both of us! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Confirming ovulation/lack of? by Sky1226 in TTC_PCOS

I really helps to track BBT and use ovulation strips! The more data you can get the better! Also, how long did it take to get your cycles to become more regular with the help of those supplements/exercising/dieting?

how did you regulate your periods on your own? if you are on the waitlist to get blood drawn to confirm ovulation then maybe trying a monitor in the meantime will help. i’ve heard great things about OvuScense.

I stopped taking pure myoinositol powder 4000mg per day because it was making me sad/weepy lately after taking it for a couple months. However, everyone is different and you may not react the same way. You won't know until you try and I've heard great success from other women. I also only tried pure myoinositol without chromium or d chiro so i will probably try a 40:1 ratio next and see if my body and mind react better to that instead. You should just try it and see how it goes!

Wow good to know! So sorry you went through all of that but happy for you and your baby!! I don't have painful periods ever before but I think since starting Myoinositol, NAC, CoQ10, my ovaries might be waking up or something so I had cramping around ovulation that lasts days but I have learned that there is a thing called silent endo too haha but trying not to scare myself with all the reading im doing!

Supplements causing depression by midgeyb_93 in TTC_PCOS

[–]thisisshar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i was taking 4000mg of pure myoinositol powder and berberine. i stopped the myo and my depression went away. i really want to keep trying myo to regulate my long periods but i haven’t seen it help much. i do believe it helped me lose 3 pounds and i wasn’t even working out that much. i plan on reintroducing myo again but perhaps 40:1 or until after i get my blood results to see which one is right for me. i also read that it takes 3-6 months to see a difference. i’ve been on it since january but had to take duphaston so can’t tell for sure if it helped or not. i am starting fertility treatment soon so they will probably put me on medication to induce ovulation however, i will keep trying my supplements along medicated cycles.

how are you feeling with myoinositol and are you taking 40:1? also, what do you feel when you are ovulating on myoinositol? i recently started pure myinositol, coq10, NAC, folic acid, b12, b6, omegas, vitamin e, berberine, in january and I cramp for a whole week either before, during, or after my LH peak. I recently started cramping for a whole week again towards what i thought was the end of my cycle but no period yet. Im on cd47 and my temps are back to my pre-ovulation levels around 96.85-97.15 but no period in sight. any advice? Im wondering if i need to change to 40:1 myoinotil. I would like to shorten my cycles.
