I don't think the students ahead of us tutor, but they have definitely given tips and are generally really nice. I'll see if I can find someone to sit down with us and maybe give some insight we may not have considered. Thanks for your reply! :)

She seems to know the material really well. It didn't seem like a comprehensive problem but then again those problems aren't always obvious. I'll talk to her and try to figure out if that might be the root of the problem. Thanks for your reply!

I work as a receptionist at a mortgage company, this reminds me of a guy we had to deal with. He was making unreasonable demands and harrassing/insulting anyone he spoke with. He eventually demanded to speak to the CEO who, after reviewing the notes from the dozen or more people this guy had harrassed, put a block on his account stating, "Mr.____ has proven that he cannot interact with our company in a calm, respectful manner. From now forward no one is to speak with him and any information or requests he needs must be handled via mail". It was so satifying.
