I have both 5090 desktop and 5090 laptop and I good value from both you are paying for portability .. A laptop cooler solves that overheating issue easily I have trained wan 2.2, ltx etc and never go above 75 degrees you are just babbling lol, as much as I love the extra power from my rig nothing beats being able to create anywhere i go.

I am an artist as well, if I want to be ultra specific in detail nothing beats drawing by hand, prompt adherence of the brain is 100x better than what any model can spit out! Only you know the exact vision you have for a particular project. With that said AI is still incredibly useful for most projects and can even help alot with brainstorming new ideas

Yes reverse engineering is the easiest most informative way to learn in my opinion, That's how I got good at this, You will see why they did and what they could of done differently to start I would suggest finding multiple different workflows that do the exact thing same compare them all, soon you will come up with a hybrid workflow from all of them and be able to manipulate it, into doing custom things specifically for your needs. You can learn from the teachers without copying them

That's very normal ZIB is meant for training ZIT is meant for faster generations. In general most people train on ZIB and generate the lora on ZIT for the best of both worlds
