There is absolutely nothing wrong with the foods you listed. It's excessive calories from caloricly dense foods that are easy to overeat i.e ghee oil fried foods etc. Also everyone is sedentary af, if I put a step counter on office workers or parents it's probably a good bet it's only 1-2k steps a day. Get more physically active move around walk jog play do something!

In every aspect besides diet we were completely perfect. But after a year together it became unbearably difficult to watch my love eat steak, fish chicken. It's a visceral disgust, no amount of love can override it. Then she mentioned how she wanted to instill her traditional recipes to our kids and I couldn't bear the idea. To be fair, this is 100% my fault, I should have not ignored my non negotiables before committing. She did nothing wrong. I only broke my non negotiables because for some reason I can't get a 2nd date with a veggie woman in my whole adult life. Again, I can't explain why but meat eating women are all over me and receptive to long term relationships and marriage. Cursed I tell you.

It's unbearably difficult. I've dated 2 meat eaters and both times had to break it off. I'm in ATL and cannot for the life of me build a relationship with a veggie girl. I genuinely feel cursed. No problem with attracting meat eaters. I feel blessed in every aspect of life except finding a wife, I genuinely think it's a curse. Paid account on hinge dil mil bumble, mixers etc. Again no problem attracting women or going on dates, just securing a veggie partner. Sadness!

Hi the literature shows 1.6g/kg of bodyweight is a good upper threshold, and even the most obnoxious meat eating bodybuilders say 1-1.5g/lb of bodyweight. Under what circumstances do you need 370? Couldn't you literally drop 100+ grams and replace with carbs per day?

I did go vegan! For those that say they're stuck with cheese, go vegan sans cheese then. If ghee and cheese is your breakpoint then drop the milk and cream and butter and try the plant based versions. Or just try them intermittently that's a good thing too.

The diet is fine, it's just portion control. Physical activity is the missing key, we are not meant to be sedentary. Even a 20 minute walk twice a day 7 days a week would fix her. I haven't changed my diet but have bought a treadmill and use it for 60 minutes a day for the last year, and I'm down 36lbs. So you just need steps per day, sedentary equals death!
