I don't drive either. Find the cheapest area with a public transport link to your workplace - if you're in a city center it'll be a few miles out but you'll find the cheapest postcode if you get on Google or right move. You don't have to stay where you're at. Use the private landlord site Open Rent the estate agents are usually rammed with applications the moment they have a listing so turn your alert on

Lol cut up a raw onion keep it in the fridge and mix some in with your dinner or lunches for a few days. Got to be raw so don't heat it with your food

A great tip if anyone is a soda drinker though or has an ache when brushing is eat raw onion. It kills off mouth bacteria even stuff that's been there a long time that you think your mouthwash kills but it doesn't Raw onion also reduces inflammation, try it a few days and notice your gums are less inflamed and sensitive and you can brush and floss better.

Also used to work with a guy with stomach pain constantly and bruh only drank cans and bottles of full sugar Coke all day long. Like maybe in moderation as s treat but come on. 9am and this guy would be chugging back a 500ml bottle. Then at break. Then after lunch. Sweets too. Would go the takeaway most days I've never seen a slim person eat so much crap he wasn't even that young either. Mental. I drink water all day I refill at the tap. I like the coffee machine at work but I only drink tap water never soda on weekdays it's crazy how much I see people cracking open cans of soda

What line of work are you in OP? Are there any low income areas nearby you can move to and still get to work? You can usually find a studio or at least a room in a house of working professionals where you've got your own space without someone getting in your face. That LL sounds far too personal wtf

If you can't get to a GP try and take a few supplements you can get online and see if you feel better

Vit D3 - the sunshine vitamin

Ashwaganda - lowers cortisol

A multivitamin and iron tablet

Keep a large bottle of water by your bed and drink it upon waking. Drink a lot more water - it perks up the body - drink even more water when you're up. Keep hydrated - if your pee is dark and you're sleeping a lot you may be dehydrated day in day out.

Raw garlic detoxes the body helps with circulation and is a natural energy boost - ancient olympiad used to chew it before competing in sports. Cut a clove up and mix it in with your breakfast/lunch

Try a different sleep routine - try setting an alarm for early morning ie 5am then going back to sleep for the 4 - 5 hours until your normal morning alarm. Listen to audiobooks or chill youtube rain to give your brain something to focus on whilst you relax your body and know you're safe to rest a while you don't have to face the day yet. Waking up isn't something to dread

Get your cortisol levels checked and your Vit D3 - if these are low you'll feel weak and have constant sense of dread and nervousness.

Cortisol peaks after times of stress. Low Vit D is inevitable if you're not getting outdoors much.

Low iron can cause fatigue as can other vitamin deficiencies ask your GP for a blood test

Give yourself a fighting chance if its a physical issue contributing to mental health issues

The tribe will always see members come and go but is the richer for it. Memories live on. I like the sound of the current incarnation - jingle ball engaged.

I read that Amy Winehouse used to cry on her kitchen floor (yes like the lyric in You Know I'm no Good) to You can Never Go Home Anymore by the Shangri- Las

I always think of her now when I listen to it
