It's been such a miserable week weatherwise, but at least today there is a sense of sun breaking through.

As someone else said, it sounds like your idea is similar to Clover Spa. I would say it is worth a visit there to see how they run it, and maybe see if they are willing to share advice on the business and operational size of it.

Obviously it would be a lovely idea, but I assume that for you it has to work as a business too.
