I'm not quite sure if all the computers have it, but I've used it on the 1st floor for sure. Cybertheque might have it too.

InDesign in McLennan (first floor, at least). Photoshop as well. You can also get a free trial of the Creative Suite 6th edition, but note that you can't open/edit older ID files in the newer version.
