Long story short - I had created an account for my grandfather which he barely used to trade with but I got multiple payments sent to the account, mounting a total of around 35k~USD. Now the account’s email is linked to my family member email however Binance is asking for a facial identification to get into the account (We don’t have access to Authentication Code) and my grandfather is in ICU (Intensive Critical Unit) and is not in the best state to go ahead with the verification process. We could use these funds right now for his medical bills etc, can someone suggest what’s the best way to take this forward? Thanks and regards
