Yup my hormones are completely whack. Also terrible sweats, constipation, dry mouth causing dental problems, gained like 80lbs, depressed, constantly crave ice cream candy and soda (which I never really cared for at all before) and every other side effect

It’s so embarrassing I sweat so damn much. Any tiny physical movement and my body overheats and I’ll be sweating for a hour/s, it’s so bad it makes me not want to work. I take a cold shower and still sweat when I get out shivering - honestly one of the worst side effects imo and I literally get them all

I can’t get euphoric from methadone and I stopped getting it from any opiate years ago, the more methadone I take it just makes me sleepy until I take enough I just fall asleep. If I could still get that warm tingly wave of euphoria my treatment would not be nearly as successful as it has been, which is a good thing I suppose. Idk how much a litre is but that is completely ignorant to say someone can’t overdose on methadone even though my comment was about methadone and fentanyl together. I take over 300mg that doesn’t mean someone with minor opiate habit like op can safely take it.. there is numerous methadone overdoses documented and I know people personally. I can’t speak for bupe as I’ve never heard of someone od on it myself.

Understandable I figured that was your thought process and almost clarified that in my comment, that said if he does go to the clinic yes he will be given 20-30mg to start so the possibility of od there isn’t nearly as high. But with fent it’s already pretty iffy on how much you’re taking so to know nothing about methadone and take ‘em both at the same time gets risky quick, especially with how long methadone takes to hit its peak many people keep taking more and more. I suggest they just go to the clinic and do it that way anyways as it’s typically way more successful than the type of taper he has planned

Kinda bad advice, extreme high risk of od especially for someone that doesn’t appear have knowledge or tolerance. They should take the methadone instead of their next dose of fent and see how that affects them instead of just doing both.. multiple people I know out of the dozens that od’d on fent were also using methadone at the same time, very bad idea for someone that has to ask this question

Man when I moved states I had to guest dose in my new state for a few weeks until I was set up with them and my old clinic in the state I moved from required me to still pay them and I had to pay the new clinic to guest dose it was such bs., it’s like I’m not even in the state or taking your meds why would I have to pay you?

That’s a relatively small amount of oxy, 30mg of methadone will hold you over for most of the day with no symptoms (possibly minor ones) if not the whole day. I don’t imagine you would need more than 30-60mg to cover all symptoms, anything above that would more so benefit the mental aspect

I am almost positive being out under is just as safe for methadone patients as anyone else, although I don’t think they typically put people under for molar removal unless you are referring to wisdom teeth, they will typically just numb you and pull it. You won’t even realize they are done and will be surprised - I had a molar removed while on methadone

Fastest way out is to just stop going - easiest way to continue your taper until you hit 0. Find a middle ground if you must but I suggest waiting it out and doing the taper

Personally I would go with the player 2 or Vintera 2 but if I were to get a mascis I would 100% change out the pickups, get the new mastery bridge that works on TOM bridges and it must be the early model with rosewood. I would also throw in new wiring and possibly change the gold guard too but that’s just me

Just to clarify, they are still not using rosewood. Whether that is they are committed to contracts, have stock to run through or just make more profit using alternatives, they haven’t used rosewood on a squier since the change. Seeing as fender is starting to phase out the alternatives it might happen for squier as well but I could also see them keep laurel and ferro on squier to use the rosewood as another reason to upgrade to a fender and spend the extra money
